Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Visafir Pvt. Ltd., based in Delhi, India, through www.visafir.com.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, customers may contact Visafir Support via:

All cancellation requests are processed offline and subject to verification.

Any eligible refund will be credited to the original mode of payment after applicable deductions.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Once Visafir begins work on your application (consultation, documentation, review), service charges become partially non-refundable based on the work completed.

As your application progresses, the refundable amount decreases proportionately depending on the stage of processing.

No cancellation or refund will be applicable once:

  • The application is submitted to
  • Embassy / Consulate
  • VFS / Visa Centre
  • Online visa portal

4. VFS / Embassy / Third-Party Policies

For visa processes involving third-party agencies such as VFS Global or similar:

  • Appointment fees, rescheduling charges, or penalties are governed by the respective agency or embassy policies

In case of no-show:

  • The applicant must pay applicable rescheduling charges
  • Visafir will assist in booking a new appointment

These charges vary depending on:

  • Country
  • City
  • Visa category

5. Visa Rejection Policy

Visafir provides assistance only and does not guarantee visa approval

In case of rejection:

  • โŒ Service fees are non-refundable
  • โŒ Embassy fees are non-refundable, unless refunded by the respective authority (rare)

Exception:

If a proven operational error occurs from Visafirโ€™s side, refund requests may be reviewed case-by-case

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds (if applicable) may be considered only if:

  • Service has not started
  • Cancellation is requested early in the process
  • No submission has been made to embassy or visa authority

7. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10โ€“12 working days

Amount will be credited to the original payment method

8. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Service fees after processing begins
  • Embassy / consulate fees
  • VFS / third-party service charges
  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable)

9. Force Majeure

Visafir shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused due to events beyond control, including:

  • Government policy changes
  • Embassy delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Technical issues

10. Policy Updates

Visafir reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice, in accordance with operational or regulatory changes.
